Equipment

ServiceMASTER's equipment is specially designed to get the job done RIGHT.

ServiceMASTER® Equipment

We use specialized equipment to ensure that your recovery is done right! Here are images of just some of the equipment that we employ providing our services:

Moisture Meters

Moisture Meter accurately measures moisture contentMoisture meters tell us exactly how much water is contained in wood, floors, walls, carpets, etc. on a job site.

Hygrometers

Hygrometer accurately measures temperature and relative humidity.Hygrometers give us accurate readings on temperature an relative humidity and allow us to make fine adjustments during water damage recovery procedures to ensure the best results.

Heating Units

ServiceMaster temporary heat generation unit.If your facility is in danger due to freezing temperatures during a loss of your normal heating system(s), we can provide temporary heat until your recovery is complete.

Power Generation Units

ServiceMaster temporary power generation unit.Loss of power can cause a multitude of problems or can compound an existing loss that you are trying to recover from. Our temporary power units can provide you with the electricity you need to execute your recovery or provide you with power to continue operations during your recovery when possible.

Desiccant Dehumidification Units

ServiceMaster Desiccant Dehumidification unit. Our specialized desiccant dehumidification units speed drying time during water loss recoveries and can help to mitigate mold and mildew that is always a concern during any water loss recovery projects.

ThermaCAM B2

The ThermaCAM® B2 allows for quick monitoring of moisture conditions in a structure. Up to 200 images can be stored in the onboard memory, and they are easily downloadable to a computer via the included USB cable. The images can then be inserted into word processing programs for claims documentation. Images can also be custom labeled with the location name and comments.

The B2 also features interchangeable lenses. The included lens offers a 34° field-of-view for examination of large objects and areas from a close distance. Two optional lenses offer 19° and 9° fields-of-view for inspection of areas that are more remote or harder to access.

In addition to the Laser LocatIR®, the B2 is equipped with an automatic dew point identification alarm that calculates dew point in real time based on air temperature and relative humidity. It then identifies potential condensation areas based on their surface temperature.

DefendAir HEPA 500

The DefendAir HEPA 500 achieves true HEPA filtration* at an airflow of 500 CFM. The HEPA 500 offers he assurance of the maximum Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR), an official standard set by the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers (AHAM). Its versatile design allows it to be used as both an airscrubber and as a negative air machine in a containment environment. The body is rotomolded and contains Microban to inhibit fungal and bacterial contamination.

The HEPA 500 offers daisy-chain capability. Up to three units can be connected together by the onboard plugs, which are equipped with GFCI breakers.

It uses a three-stage filter system including an optional carbon filter to help reduce odor-causing particles. Also, the HEPA 500 is equipped with sensors that detect when the HEPA filter needs to be changed, and a light alerts the operator to that need. The filters are easy to change, with no special tools required.

AirWolf Airmover

The AirWolf/WolfPack System is the ultimate solution to drying hardwood floors. It uses a combination of CFM and static pressure to force air out of damaged hardwood floors. The WolfPack attachment kit directs the high-velocity airflow into the flutes between the subfloor and the hardwood flooring. This airflow drives the moisture up through the floor, drying it from the bottom of the floor up to the surface.

The bottom-up drying process can actually dry a hardwood floor in as little as three days. The process can also reduce, if not eliminate, cupping of the floor. This will, in turn, reduce associated refinishing costs.

HP60 Ceiling/Wall Drying Unit

The HP60 Ceiling and Wall Drying Package is a high-pressure drying system designed to target hidden areas of moisture. It is able to dry behind surfaces coated with PVA paint, vinyl wallpaper, sound barriers, and other watertight finishes using holes no more than ¼-inch in diameter. It can cover up to 134 linear feet of wall and can provide either a positive-pressure or a negative-pressure drying environment.
